Welcome to my blog!
This blog will be used to offer a bit about myself as a person and also as the pastor of St. Gregory’s. I want to be able to share my thoughts on things affecting our parish and the wider Church, primarily to parishioners. I hope that it will provide some background as to what my vision is for the parish and also be a source of encouragement to those who wish to be more deeply involved by learning what is important to me. I welcome comments and questions that are sincere and charitable. I will do my best to answer them accordingly. My hope is to submit blog entries at least twice a week that are short and easy to read. Enjoy!
We are implementing some changes to my blog. Recently, my blog has been the victim of "bot" comment spam. These bots troll the web and leave random, nonsense comments (including links back to websites) on blogs, as a way to bump up page rankings in search engines. Sometimes, we get 50 of these in a day. All new posts going forward will be on a Blogger site, which will let us moderate these spam comments. All of my older posts & comments have been moved to the Blogger site as well.

The newest blog entry titles and most recent comments will appear embedded below, just as before. To read the entry, click on the title and a new window will open. This will bring you to the Blogger page, where you can click on "comments" below the entry and leave your thoughts. Please note that you can use your name or comment as "Anonymous." Your comments are welcome and appreciated, so please keep them coming!
