Girls entering 4th - 8th grade
in September, 2008 are eligible.

Open to all school and parish girls.

Tryout Dates
Monday, May 12, 2008
Wednesday, May 14, 2008
Friday, May 16, 2008

It is mandatory to attend all three days!
Time:  4-6pm
Place:  Parish Center Gym

Girls should wear t-shirts and shorts or sweatpants and sneakers.  No jeans or jean shorts, no jewelry.  Please pull hair back in a ponytail.

Athletic Data Sheet and Medical Treatment Forms MUST be completed and accompany athlete on the 1st practice day. 
These forms can be found in the School Office, Rectory,
or it can be downloaded from the school website
under CYO sports.
